In terms of offshore port infrastructure, Tubular participated in a large deep-water port project in the North Sea of Europe. This area is constantly affected by strong winds, huge waves and complex seabed geological conditions. Traditional construction plans are difficult to meet the stability requirements. Tubular formed a professional team, adopted innovative offshore pile foundation construction technology, precisely positioned through three-dimensional geological modeling, and used high-toughness steel to build the pile foundation, effectively resisting the impact of harsh sea conditions. After the project is completed, the annual throughput of the port will increase to 120 million tons, making it an important logistics hub in the region.
In the construction of industrial and civil terminals, Tubular has undertaken a comprehensive terminal project in an emerging industrial country in Southeast Asia. This project needs to take into account both industrial cargo handling and passenger transport demands, and has extremely high requirements for the structural strength and functional zoning of the wharf. Tubular uses BIM technology for overall planning, adopts prestressed concrete structures to enhance the bearing capacity of the wharf, and optimizes the functional layout at the same time to achieve efficient diversion of freight and passenger transportation. After the completion of the project, the wharf can accommodate both 100,000-ton cargo ships and large cruise ships at the same time, which has greatly promoted the local economic and trade development.
In the field of aquaculture shipbuilding, Tubular has developed a new type of intelligent aquaculture vessel for a major fishing country in South America. Facing the strict requirements of Marine aquaculture for the corrosion resistance, space utilization and ecological environmental protection of ships, Tubular innovatively designs multi-layer circulating aquaculture cabins, uses anti-fouling coatings and seawater corrosion-resistant steel, and is equipped with an automated monitoring system to regulate water quality and aquaculture density in real time. After the new vessel was put into use, the single-vessel aquaculture volume increased by 60%, effectively reducing pollution to the Marine environment and promoting the modernization and upgrading of the local aquaculture industry.
Tubular has fully demonstrated its professional strength in providing full-chain services in the Marine industry through its outstanding performance in various Marine projects, continuously empowering the development of the global Marine industry.
