    The mining project in Madagascar initiated in 2019 is a powerful testament to Tubular's strength. This project aims to develop the abundant mineral resources in the local area, and the pulp conveying system, as a key link, is facing many challenges. The local terrain is complex and the climate is hot and humid, which imposes extremely high requirements on the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and stability of the pipes. Traditional pipelines are difficult to meet the requirements of high concentration and high flow rate transportation of pulp, and problems such as leakage and blockage occur frequently.
    Tubular responded promptly and tailored a complete set of conveying solutions for the project. In view of the characteristics of the pulp, highly wear-resistant special alloy material pulp pipes and pipe fittings are provided, and advanced lining technology is adopted to enhance the wear resistance and sealing performance of the pipes. Meanwhile, high-strength HDPE pipes are used in conjunction with auxiliary water transmission and sewage systems. Their excellent chemical corrosion resistance effectively addresses the complex water quality and soil conditions in the local area. During the project implementation process, Tubular also utilized BIM technology to optimize the pipeline layout and flexibly adjusted the construction plan in combination with the actual situation on site to ensure the efficient advancement of the project.
    After the project was completed, the efficiency of pulp transportation was significantly enhanced, the service life of pipelines was extended by nearly three times, and the system failure rate was reduced by 80%. This greatly ensured the continuity of mineral mining and processing, and helped the project become a benchmark case for local mining development. Tubular, with its professional one-stop service, has once again demonstrated its strong ability to solve complex problems in the mining field and set a model for the efficient and sustainable development of global mining projects.
