In the field of oil and gas transmission, Tubular has participated in a certain cross-border natural gas pipeline construction project in the Arctic Circle. This project needs to pass through permafrost layers and extremely cold environments, and is confronted with problems such as low-temperature brittleness of pipelines and damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles. Tubular adopts a new type of nickel alloy steel material to develop a pipeline system with excellent low-temperature resistance performance, and enhances the anti-corrosion ability of the pipeline through nano-coating technology. After the project is completed, the annual natural gas transmission capacity will reach 30 billion cubic meters. The stability of pipeline operation will be improved by 40% compared with the traditional scheme, providing a solid guarantee for regional energy supply.
In terms of water conveyance projects, Tubular has undertaken a large-scale inter-basin water diversion project in a certain arid area in Southeast Asia. The terrain along the route of this project is complex, involving long-distance and high-drop water transmission, which imposes extremely high requirements on the pressure resistance and sealing performance of the pipelines. Tubular innovatively applies prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCP), in combination with an intelligent monitoring system to monitor the pressure and leakage of the pipes in real time. After the completion of the project, the daily water supply reached 500,000 tons, effectively alleviating the regional water shortage problem and ensuring the domestic water supply and industrial production needs of millions of residents.
The module construction of chemical processing plants is also an advantageous area of Tubular. In a large-scale petrochemical project in the Middle East, in the face of high-temperature, high-pressure and highly corrosive chemical media, Tubular designed a modular pipeline system for it. By optimizing the pipeline layout through 3D modeling and using duplex stainless steel materials combined with special welding techniques, the module installation efficiency has been increased by 30%, and the equipment failure rate has been reduced by 50%. This has significantly improved the production efficiency and safety of the factory, saving the enterprise over ten million US dollars in operating costs every year.
With outstanding performance in multiple complex projects, Tubular not only demonstrates its solid technical strength and project management capabilities, but also continuously injects impetus into the sustainable development of the energy and chemical industry.
